In my last post I encouraged you to continue taking smartphone photos. To recap, smartphone photos are very valuable.  They preserve treasured memories of your pet and the amazing impact your fur child can have on your life. Smartphone photos are often the only images you will have of your pet doing the funniest things. These can be amusing images that a professional photographer may not ever capture.
You should not think of yourself as a “bad photographer” if you are not getting perfectly lit and composed photos. Sometimes you just want to create sentimental memories, so the photos don’t need to be perfect.
So, what can you do with your smartphone photos? We used smartphone photos and videos from one of our clients to create a beautiful memorial slideshow.  This memorial slideshow is a perfect example of using your smartphone photos to create something truly special.

Photos we took of Samantha last summer

Samantha was a huge part of her pet parents’ lives. Fortunately, Samantha’s parents had many wonderful photographs and some video of their fun adventures over the years. These photos and videos allowed me to create a nice slideshow celebrating Samantha’s life.   I created a shorter version for you to view without having to watch the full 10-minute slideshow.

As you can see, you can do a lot with smartphone photos and videos! Even if you don’t think of yourself as a photographer, having these photos and video’s makes a big difference.

Look for Upcoming Specials on Slideshows!

We have offered slideshows to our clients for some time.  We encourage you to consider using slideshows to help create wonderful memories of your fur children.  They don’t just have to be memorial shows, but about your favorite adventures and celebrations with your pets and family members.
