Pre-session meeting is required (preferably in person, but by electronic means if necessary) before photo-session.
Attendance Policy:
We can accommodate a maximum of two dogs and two people during the photo session. In exceptional cases, if two of the attendees are small children who will be part of the photos, we can allow up to three people.
Unfortunately, our studio space is not suitable for large family groups.
Authorized Attendees:
Only the pet owner and individuals who will be directly involved in the photoshoot are allowed to attend the session. This ensures a focused and comfortable environment.
Scheduling Availability:
Photo sessions are available on specific days of the week and at certain times. Please check our studio webpage for current availability.
Cleanliness Standards:
We maintain a clean and hygienic studio environment. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are clean before arriving for the session.
Leash Policy:
For safety and control, it may be necessary for dogs to remain on leash during the entire session.
Pet Acclimation Process:
We understand that pets may feel nervous in an unfamiliar environment. We will gradually acclimatize your pets to the studio setting. This includes allowing them to explore and sniff the environment. This helps them feel more comfortable during the photo session.
Restroom Facilities:
A restroom is available for clients’ convenience during their appointment. Feel free to use it as needed.
Weather Rescheduling Policy:
Unfortunately, we do not reschedule studio sessions due to weather conditions. Please note our cancellation policy in the Angel Dog Photography LLC photography contract.
No Smoking allowed in the studio or on the property.
