Harbor Hounds 2024: A Paw-some Day for the Whole Family!

Mark your calendars – September 7, 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. and get ready for a tail-wagging good time at Harbor Hounds 2024!  This beloved annual event, held at Skansie Park in downtown Gig Harbor, promises a day of fun and excitement for both humans and their furry friends.

More than just a dog-friendly gathering, Harbor Hounds fosters a strong sense of community while supporting local charities. Proceeds from the event benefit the Midday Charity Foundation and The Rotary Club of Gig Harbor Midday, making a positive impact on our community. 

What to Expect

This year’s Harbor Hounds is packed with activities for everyone:

• Pre-registered participants receive a Wag Bag with a puppy bandana, an event bracelet, a sheet of “Puppy Bucks” redeemable for game play, the Pup Tent event store, face painting, discounts and more! $50 value for only $25! Limited to the first 150 participants. Additional Puppy Bucks available at our registration booth for donation.
• Vendor Village: Discover local businesses and non-profits while enjoying delicious food and treats.
• Exciting Contests: Watch as adorable pups compete for prizes in a variety of contests judged by the esteemed Mayor Tracie Markley.
